You will find our complimentary hotel shuttle service located at the "Shuttle Center" area of the Airport. From the Baggage Claim area, follow the red arrows on the floor and signage that reads "Shuttle/Bus Center;" take elevator 3 or 4, and go to Level 1: "Chicago Cubs."

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare Shuttle picks up in front of Door 1 every 15 minutes from 4:00AM-12:00AM and every 30 minutes from 12:00AM-4:00AM.

If you are arriving on an international flight please contact the hotel upon arrival. Our shuttle will pick up on-call at the International Terminal Door 5E.

Taxi cab service from the airport is available 24 hours, and is located right outside the Baggage Claim area.

Transportation arrangements from Midway Airport can be made through Omega Shuttle. Their schedule is as follows:

Leaving Midway, every hour on the hour beginning at 7am-10p. The pick-up point is at the Southwest terminal. Reservations are necessary. Please call 773-734-6688 (press 0) to make a reservation. The charge is $16 one way.

Once you arrive at O'Hare, go to Door 1 of the Bus and Shuttle Center. The Hyatt shuttle will pick up every 15 minutes from 4am-12am and every 30 minutes from 12am-4am.

From hotel to O'Hare, the shuttle departs every 15 minutes on the hour from 4am-12am, and every 30 minutes from 12am-4am. The shuttle will drop off at the Bus and Shuttle Center, Door 1. From Door 1, proceed to Door 4 to pick-up the Omega Shuttle.

The Airport Express vans leave from the baggage claim areas (as opposed to the shuttle center) at Terminals 1, 2, 3 on demand and Terminal 5 upon reservation from 6:00AM - 11:00PM. If you wish to take the Airport Express Shuttle back to the airport, you may do so by making a reservation. The drivers accept cash and major credit cards.
